Justice is a set of core values on which to build a society and the state, these values are; respect, fairness, equality and freedom.

Divine justice is to justice carried out by God. For Christians Is God who has the power to exercise divine justice because he can punish or reward men according to their merits.

As Kelsen indicated a natural law prevailing over positive law because if it goes against the fundamental rights of human beings can not speak of justice.
